Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused and in their original condition
• In the original packaging with all seals intact
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Opened or used cosmetic products
• Items without original packaging
• Gift cards
• Sale or discounted items (unless faulty)

How to Request a Refund

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you received a damaged or defective product, please email us at support@Halyxen.store with photos of the item within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
